What is the difference between LED and Laser?

Laser and LED are lights of specific wavelengths. The difference is, with lasers, all photon beams are coherent and move in the same direction. This makes for an effective technology, but also a problematic one because of intense heat generation and risk for physical injuries. Laser products are also considerably more expensive than LED products. That has lead to the latter becoming the most common kind of panels for home use.
